L'équipe est très sympathique! Alors c'est bien normal que je leur fasse un peu de pub en ces temps difficiles. </div><br /><div>Et j'allais oublier, hier soir, un magnifique spectacle de danse de la troupe <strong>Petites histoires.com.</strong> Un savoureux mélange de danse urbaine &amp; contemporaine qui véhicule plein d'émotions, de poésie et d'humour. <div align="left">Vraiment très bon, pas comme le pain d'épices industriel Prosper!</div><div align="left"></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left">Pour ce qui est de la recette (vraiment très facile au passage) :</div><div align="left">200g farine de seigle bio</div><div align="left">250g miel (châtaignier, sapin,...)</div><div align="left">50g cassonade pure canne</div><div align="left">10cl lait chaud</div><div align="left">100g beurre fondu</div><div align="left">1 oeuf</div><div align="left">1 pincée de sel</div><div align="left">1 sachet de levure</div><div align="left">2 c à soupe de poudre d'amande</div><div align="left">2 c à café de mélange 4 épices (cannelle, gingembre, girofle &amp; muscade)</div><div align="left">zeste d'orange(non traitée, c'est mieux!) coupé en petits dés(quantité à définir selon votre goût)</div><div align="left"></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left">Délayer le miel dans le lait chaud</div><div align="left">Ajouter le beurre fondu puis la farine en mélangeant énergiquement en cas de grumeaux</div><div align="left">Incorporer la levure, la cassonade, l'oeuf &amp; le sel</div><div align="left">Ajouter les épices &amp; la poudre d'amande</div><div align="left">Mettre dans un plat à cake légèrement beurré ou huilé</div><div align="left">Faire cuire 10 min à 210° puis 25 min à 180° (surveiller tout de même la cuisson car variable selon les fours)</div><div align="left">Et hop! J'ai commandé la laine kid mohair coloris "naturel" sur le site de Phildar car elle était super soldée alors qu'en magasin aucunes soldes et surtout plus une pelote en kid mohair! Ils ont été dévalisés. Je l'attends avec impatience...d'ici une petite semaine normalement je m'attaque à ce beau gilet et j'espère surtout que je vais réussir!
